@Morsecat I think it is all subjects. I teach Food and health and social care. Both are very intense. Within food particularly where you have year 10 to cover all the content then you spend all of year 11 doing coursework giving no time to revisit content before the exam.
@MrsAJMorris@MrHtheteacher I feel this. I was made subject lead this year in my ECT 2 and have the same amount of time off timetable as other subject leads but have to fit in extra meetings, complete extra training and be observed every half term with an extra meeting to get feedback too.
@RichardIlderton I feel your pain. My hairdresser has no availability until May. So it’s either cheat on the hairdresser or live with a nest for another month
@lau_jay@debrakidd @MissMc_Maths I’m sorry but if I thought that I was at risk of dying I would leave my job. Luckily I work in a school that looks after teachers health and well-being.
@lau_jay@debrakidd @MissMc_Maths There’s a difference between a cold/stomach bug and Covid. Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a teacher dying from a cold.
@Shabba287@TeessideLive May have something to do with those in London following the guidelines. When I went down for a weekend in August it was quieter around London than it was in Darlington town centre.
