This is so applicable to all problems. Instead of โhow do we improve <existing thing>โ, we should always try โwhat is the underlying problem we are trying to solve?โ - and then innovate
Asking the question "How to improve schools?" is a classic reasoning by analogy mistake.
Schools are not a first principle.
A better question: "How do we raise kids with the values, skills, and mindsets to flourish?"
