I enjoy following your account. I just had one of the largest regional banks in the Southeast tell me they can notarize but not witness documents. It seems like yet another unreasonably inconvenient policy of a large bank. Have you ever heard this?

@GRomePow What many fail to realize is that when rate cuts happen, it's not going to simply fix your situation. They'll be cut because something broke, and your property will be worth substantially less than what you paid. You will not be able to refinance without putting more $ in.
