@JannaLevin@TOEwithCurt My question would be why aren’t gravitational waves scalar longitudinal waves? I mean, if gravitational waves travel in a non-material medium (aether), then they would be longitudinal scalar gravitational waves and not transverse tensor GWs. Thanks Janna
@JannaLevin@nattyover Hi Janna, as you probably are aware, Kip Thorne depicted gravitational waves in Interstellar as scalar GWs. The GWS are scalar and not tensor. I have more info that I will soon share that LIGO is detecting scalar longitudinal GWs. Thanks
