@3AWNeilMitchell For whose benefit?
The kids who can’t buy a house?
The poor who can’t afford share portfolios or benefit from a rigged tax system?
The future generations who’ll inherit the environmental mess created as they ransacked the planet’s resources & refused to pay anything to fix it?
Spending this fine Sunday morning watching The Walking Dead while playing Candy Crush and doing the NYT crossword when ads run to get more lives.
Where are you up to?
@AmazonAustralia
A parcel reported as delivered yesterday by you was not delivered. My security footage confirms this.
App customer service to report this goes in circles, leads nowhere.
What to do?

@OvercastFM
Something’s going on w yr latest update.
The app keeps downloading every ep of every podcast I follow, quickly filling my phone and making it unusable.
I didn’t change any settings.
I recently deleted 196GB of content; it filled up again in 4 days.
How do I fix this?
Also:
• I used to be able to set it so when an ep end it auto started the next.
That’s gone.
• Now have to go thru more screens to get into/out of eps V annoying
• Can no longer see my favourited eps list
This used to be my fave podcast app.
Might have to move to another.
@Telstra No, I don’t have any reference numbers. Don’t think I got one or I would’ve followed up then.
This forced pay upfront policy really irks me; I’ll just look for other options.
Thanks for reaching out.
@Telstra is forcing us to now pay upfront for our services
They say they explain why but then don’t
I’m reluctant to pay ahead for several reasons:

Have started the process in the past but there’s never any follow-through and no solution.
Eg: About four years ago I was told my connection would be monitored for a while and you’d get back to me.
Still waiting.
@Telstra Finally fix our network coverage + home internet reliability before insisting we pay upfront for substandard #Telstra services would be a start.
But years of complaints and many hours on the phone haven’t fixed it.
When we went to @Optus for a bit we didn’t have these probs.
$1500 to install a repeater in our roof to fix the prob
* This means when home wifi goes down we have no coverage at all bc 5G is meant to be the backup for it
* Speeds have never reached advertised levels
Time to shift all the family accounts.
Any suggestions?
#telstrafail
* Yrs ago they mistakenly overcharged us $1700 via direct debit
* Our internet/wifi thru them constantly drops out/slows
* In 25 yrs ago we haven’t been able to make phone calls from inside the house (5G + predecessors) bc of local cell tower position. They wanted…

How do I turn off the f@!$@ing annoying beeping sound in my BKE840 model kettle?
Online tips say to pull it apart and cut out the beeper but that leaves loose wires (a fire hazard) and would void the warranty.
@abcsport Why can a player have corrective surgery to overcome a physical deficiency — and so improve performance — but not take performance-enhancing drugs to improve performance?
I can build muscle by eating meat/protein (+exercise) but not use steroids to do the same.
Where’s the line?
