The boy woke up and asked to eat crab! So we went and bought two live crabs to cook at home. Picked and shredded on toast. Brown meat as a spread with white meat topping, garlic butter and hot sauce. Delicious.

Incredible Chinese pork ribs. Sous vide overnight, deep fried and then coated in a hoisin, rice wine sauce. Sides of pickled veg and edamame with enough chilli oil get your nose running. Epic.

Have a sous vide egg a try for breakfast. The whites are ok but the yolk is incredible. They come out like softened butter. Decent on my bread rolls, avocado and fried nduja.
