@airindia My flight AI 331 from Bangkok to Mumbai was supposed to take off at 09:30 am thai time.

I reached Bangkok airport at 7 am to know that the flight will take off at 11:00 hrs then it changed to 15:30 hrs, 18:30 hrs and now it's 19:55 hrs !!
Will it take off today?

Sad to see many overseas guests getting frustrated in the long queues at immigration in Mumbai airport.
I fail to understand why have so many unmanned counters at immigration when there is a huge queue?

That's an unrealistic time to wait for your baggage. Imagine if people had some urgent work or a connecting flight !
