@TMobileHelp The store manager was a bit taken back and essentially told me to reach out to @JonFreier as this impacts my ability to stay sticky as a customer. It devalues the current highest plan I am on and the T-Mobile credit card as a product

@TMobileHelp 12 months was met and all other conditions in the system were good for the upgrade, however customer care refused to help. They stated that p360 was required when no where is that mentioned. The employees at my store all confirmed that was not true
