“Systemic racism” is the witch of the 21st century.
No one can show it to you. No one can measure it. They can only say that there are certain outcomes which prove that it must exist. And that non-believers are obviously guilty of it and must be punished.
We once had to contend with calls for a "diversity consultant" who was meant to come hunt for racism at 37s. Not because anyone had ever seen or heard of any, but because it could all have been hidden or internalized. Real witch doctor madness era.
