@theChrisDo The other day I was vacuuming, and this pesky bit of fluff refused to let go of the carpet no matter how many times I tried running the vacuum over it. Then I remembered I have hands and simply picked the fluff up. When you have a hammer...
@cynthiamcgillis@visakanv My partner does this, with a cast iron pot no less. She's so convinced it's the Right Thing To Do I've given up trying to stop her and just set the fridge to ultra cool mode for a few hours. Which then makes the carrots bad.
@Vanessa_Vtl3 A silk-filled duvet was one of the best purchases I ever made (and not as expensive as you might think). My bed is now always the Goldilocks temperature - not too hot, not too cold, but just right 😊
@dickiebush I totally get this! I'm far more productive if I only work on one thing at a time. But: I also have the problem that I gradually unlearn recently learned skills. "Maintenance mode" needs some focus, too. It would be great to hear how others keep background things "ticking over"?!

@fortelabs I've had both bosses and clients ask me to 'produce a design that's rough and ready - don’t spend any time on it' only to then be hyper-critical of every little detail. In future I’ll be sure to explain that, yeah, I can do it fast, but the result will be low fidelity.

@tferriss I must have at least a three year supply of unread books. I’d love to say I’m not going to buy any new books until I’ve read the ones I already have - but there are too many amazing looking books out there!!
