All of this is still under heavy development.

— GRIDNET OS
🎲 For the nerds and cryptographic aficionados:
The next big thing landing in GRIDNET OS is provably Verifiable Random Functions — exposed directly through GridScript++.
Which means any smart-contract author gets first-class on-chain randomness, not a bolt-on. A thread. 🧵
The two-mode framing, plainly:
🔓 Mode 1 — completely decentralized · ROMANTIC 👄 · slow
⚡ Mode 2 — verifiable centralized VRF · less romantic · much better responsiveness
Flip between them at will. Different tradeoffs, same Casino.
Armed with Claude Opus + Codex in coordination, we're going in — the same way we've handled every other heavy-lift on GRIDNET OS lately: methodically, transparently, on camera.
📺 Live hourly updates in our Discord #live-development channel. Come watch us push the frontier.
We're starting a major engineering initiative on GRIDNET OS: making GridScript++ fully compatible with ECMA6 BigInt arithmetic.
GridScript++ is largely Duktape-based — and Duktape, while excellent, has been quiet upstream for a while.
Proper BigInt support touches the GridScript++ parser, the interpreter, the executor, and a long tail of arithmetic paths — every change needs careful verification so existing contracts behave identically.
Tedious, important work.
