@toddsaunders Not only we did that, but we created a mini-tool for every single process in the company (once proven we want to run with it) - and continue to do so.
Everything runs of one portal, and we do 2 thins:
1. Have AI Agents run 80% of workflows
2. Equip our team with some through UI
Here's something I wish more people understood before they buy 20 domains and start blasting.
Everyone knows about inbox warmup. Two weeks, gradually increase volume, build sending reputation. Got it.
But the thing is, your domain has its own trust clock that has nothing to do with your warmup.
There are spam monitoring systems that automatically flag new domains. Used to be 15 days. Now some of these systems have pushed it to 30.
Think about what that means. You do a textbook 14-day warmup, flip the switch on day 15, and your domain is still sitting on a "this is brand new, probably spam" list.
We manage 217K+ inboxes at ScaledMail. I can tell you the teams that age their domains 30+ days before sending consistently outperform the ones that rush it. It's not even close.
Warmup and domain age are two different levers. You need both dialed in.
It's slower to wait. But it protects your infrastructure and your results compound over time instead of falling off a cliff.
New blacklist monitoring for all domains coming soon at ScaledMail.
You shouldn't have to guess whether your domain is ready.
@JeffCassman@Alexzartarian true, we've been using .info .co and haven't seen any major difference that's worth spending 2X 3X on .com, except "trust" that is the only argument
I'm curious: How did you act if/when the client ever insulted or name-called you/or your team?
I think partnership after something like that is never the same, and I'm surprised when they act as if nothing happened.
i think it can even hurt the growth... like you would be okay enough just to get a simple GSheet and have tabs (clients-data-ToDo-) and focus on delivering, getting that case study...
At that stage you'll change your fulfillment workflows ton of time so building automations would be constant re-work spendign ton of time not enough value.
Only when u sign few more clients, you can look at tools like Airtable to sync the data, build useful dashboards and allow you to spot bad things faster...
Then look to automate highest leverage things (only that data backs up) and still focus on delivering mostly, just have biggest bottleneck covered with that.
I believe you can go to 30-40-50 with this (depending on the offer)
@jeanarjean_ ahahha they thought probably nobody will leverage it let me get some followers but Jean was there and FOLLOWED IT TO THE END
i guess you could ask for a refund in time or energy, since it didn't work out? lol
