@CMTX281@WeFixThings2024@BrennanBaxt Nope. Will be interesting to watch what happens with this team. Sure seems like a lot of noise for a team that likely goes out in the quarter, presuming the selection committee even takes them
@john9williams I dunno. Still a basketball conference. Who knows how this turns out, but not sure I’d wager on Tech over tops of the B10 or SEC, sorsby or not.
@KordellCaldwell@ADavidHaleJoint You being a lawyer can a state judge actually rule on that and have it stick for the NCAA nationally? Totally get a lot of folks are itching to test it in the NIL era and post PSU and USC.
@Daynlokki@CFB_Signals No doubt good to him in that case. While not a TTU fan, will be terrible for them. USC had to vacate a lot of wins, went on a 2 year post season ban, etc. USC just now starting to recover in my opinion. Imagine that program after a post-season ban and only got a quarters game
@Running_Ryan@DallasTX15023@neoavatara Not sure if it is really a threat or likely outcome. Don’t have a dog in this fight, but if what happened to USC with Reggie Bush is a precedent, TTU would have to forfeit all of the games he played in. Just surprised that the leaders at TTU haven’t really chimed in only AD.
@RossDellenger Fine. I say let him play. If the ruling is overruled on appeal after the season, TTU would forfeit all of the games he played in. Remind me again, which Billionaire is funding NIL for them? He also funding Paxton?
