@virginmedia do you have a dedicated UK complaints team? Assured I'll have a callback to an open complaint but this seems harder to get than guessing fridays Euromillions numbers? Over 5 hours on the phone and your "Customer Service" can only try to get me to reset my box.. again
@virginmedia Tried 2 TVs, 4 Hdmi ports and 2 cables both one provided and my own separate HDMI cable. Also tried wirelessly as opposed to ethernet connection. At best get a CS2004 error and at worst what I attached in photo. Reset multiple times.
@virginmedia None.. that's the cheeky part! Your advisor set up wrong direct debit date, different amount than expected and the picture still hasnt been sorted. Will be raising to Ofcom/ CISAS if not resolved as wasting my time and money here
@virginmedia 11th January! Had one very cheeky email stating "advice given" as the resolution and I am sick of sitting on hold to your call centre (40 mins holding so far to then have the fun and games where i am redirected to the next person)..?
