My car got stolen early yesterday morning, and I was able to recover both the car and later the key, and had a long heart to heart with theom of the person that stole it. Needless to say the police were zero help, so I had to use my humanity and wit.

In Denmark they've passed national laws:

🏠 Banning landlords from raising rents for 5 years after a purchase
🏠 Banning them from offering tenants money to vacate
🏠 Capping rent increases at 4% for the next 2 years

We can and must do more in the US.
