Its sad for me to see @WoutPoels have one of his biggest moments, winning a stage @LeTour, which is an almost impossible task. I would really appreciate for him or any winner to have more than 2 seconds of TV time, so he can show his son what he had achieved. The GC guys are shown everyday. Please, I ask kindly @Francetele give these guys and their teams more exposure that they deserve...
So. Starting this fall I will be assistant professor in philosophy of logic and language at @illc_amsterdam and philosophy @UvA_Humanities. End of tweet.

On this week's news: the Tax Office could not verify the document the Finance Office gave me to forward to the Finance Office. Had to go to the Citizens Office to ask to send an email to the Finance Office. Don't get me wrong I love this stuff it makes me feel alive
Moving to Germany also involves things like going to the Service Center of the Government's Finance Office to collect a personal document that I have to forward to the Government's Finance Office.

Linguists are really obsessed with syntax trees. It's one of the things I least understand about linguistics. They're just diagrams, but they are considered very important diagrams. No other diagrams are so highly esteemed.
