@TUIUK similar happened to us and your customer service reps were shocking and gave us very little support and no compensation for having our holiday cancelled with 12 hours to go

@TUIUK please take the health and safety of your passengers seriously! 8 days ago TUI acknowledged there was a gastro virus at our destination. 10 phone calls, a written complaint and medical documentation later and I still can’t move our holiday in order to keep my family safe!
