@ldavidmarquet Love it. I tend to think AND sort of. You can only change yourself AND you can create small behaviors first AND you can create an environment where people can wrestle with their own thinking - is my behavior meeting mine and org needs.
@ldavidmarquet Maybe both. You can certainly act your way to new thinking - but without an environment where thinking, beliefs, and how underlying needs are being met or not is safe to explore - a concern is that we only meet a low bar of compliance.
