@jhana_bro To reconcile both, we can listen to people unanimously considered to be enlightened: ex. Harada Tangen Roshi: was considered a living Buddha. In the same talk he will say that everything/one is perfect as it is. But that we must work hard, cook, and be willing to die to see this.
@jhana_bro Also Ramana Maharishi, so peaceful, but said that the force of our practice and samadhi has to be so strong that we’re willing to die to realize the Truth.

Morale is the gateway to success. It starts with loving & valuing people, and requires giving people mission & purpose. Without this, the organization will fracture. Many of us have seen that.
@8teAPi Yeah, but what/who is aware of the perception of a mind. Who or what is watching the movie of a mind? Until we can figure out what that is, isolate it, and replicate it, a random consciousness will be the one which is aware of what your mind was.
