I was overcharged during my last trip. The app initially showed a fare of $31, but I was charged $42 at the end of the ride.

This isn't the first time I've faced an issue like this. A previous trip in Sydney was overcharged by $20.

If these problems continue, I will need to consider discontinuing your service. Could you look into this issue? I didn’t book the ride at peak hours or in busy areas. Driver took the recommended route in the app.
