documenting my exit from a 6fig corporate salary by sending cold emails

[oak @gtmranz]

started this account to document my journey of freedom from the 9-5.

currently: 6 figure corporate salary in software

treating this as my digital journal so enjoy the ride from zero to one, one to 10k p/m, 10k to 30k p/m and more

[oak @gtmranz]

if everyone’s trying broker data, maybe it’s the right time to take all the lead gen leads

[oak @gtmranz]

consuming and learning cold email content daily I started writing copy in my dreams 😭

[oak @gtmranz]

he did not.

back to the drawing board and a new 30k contact campaign loaded up. pipeline looking dry this week, not volumemaxxing, time to work.

[oak @gtmranz]

10k proposal for a 60 day scope out today

Let’s see if he proceeds on Monday

[oak @gtmranz]

@TheSalesSurfer Congrats! Cold calling or cold email for fulfilment?

[eigenesis (misaligned) @eigengenesis]

the only moat left is the love of the game

[oak @gtmranz]

@atishayhyperke ENGINE

[Marcos @itsmarcosruiz]

You can beat the quality problem with sheer quantity.

[oak @gtmranz]

@CiprianiRanieri 1

[oak @gtmranz]

@AaronxShepherd SYSTEM

[oak @gtmranz]

nothing like a Sunday golf round, gym and hours spent loading campaigns ready for the new week. 1st client soon come

[oak @gtmranz]

@CiprianiRanieri Cold call a list, make enough to invest email infrastructure, scale outreach to get the other 2 with ease

[Max Av @max_av_]

you will never be broke if you're great at lead gen

[oak @gtmranz]

@CiprianiRanieri it’s the bare minimum tbh

[oak @gtmranz]

@Lhzzr there’s levels to the levels

[oak @gtmranz]

@CiprianiRanieri Who are you sending to?

[oak @gtmranz]

@leondwolf 20m rupees

[oak @gtmranz]

@MosesD02 this is where distribution is now the moat

[oak @gtmranz]

@leondwolf block them

[oak @gtmranz]

Email copy has to be so simple and straight to the point.

Half of these prospects you reach out to have the reading comprehension of a 10 yr old

[oak @gtmranz]

@SalesPsych0 people don’t cold email think you can just blast at a 100k contact list and not get blacklisted.

It’s a very technical game but one that we all love
