I kinda disagree.
I think it’s more about how you run the business.
I know a guy doing $4M a year pressure washing with 15+ guys.
He gets customers on recurring plans, does great work, sells windows and paver sealing to people he’s already working with, and pays well for referrals.
That’s pretty much it. He’s just really good at all of it, and it’s working.
I actually think auto detailing is a tougher business.
@danielcberk I genuinely would buy a nice minivan. I swear to God there’s never enough room, no matter what I do and I only have two kids. I don’t know how people with more kids do it
I’m on a mission to build the best software home service businesses have ever used.
Make them more money. Save them time. No unnecessary BS.
I’m not stopping until I get there.
