I usually start with 0.5 or 0.75 and then titrate up based on response if needed. It comes in 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 and 1.25. So lot of options.

I try to do transdermal- patch or gel irrespective of surgical or natural menopause- minimal VTE risk
