CRITICAL DATABASE BUG: Premium License Split / Read-Only History
My $40 auto-renewal payment on May 27 went to the wrong email backend, splitting my premium status across two account IDs:
This Account (@GuoxingGu01): Long posts work and my entire Grok chat history is visible, but the input box is hard-locked ("Grok was unable to reply") on ALL new and old topics for more than 6 weeks. It is in a completely read-only state.
My Old Account (@guoxin_gu): Has zero history, but Grok works perfectly here because the compute token attached to it.
Can an engineer please merge these permissions or force an account flush on this handle?
