@united your support staff at SFO airport told us we'd be refunded for the cancelled leg of our flight but had to file online.
Well now that I did file online I'm told I can't get a refund coz the ticket was used.
The flight was cancelled mid-air, so yes it was used. Frustrating

@united yesterday a flight from SFO to DEL was cancelled on account of technical issues. We were offered a replacement flight SFO-EWR-DEL and even that is delayed due to technical issues and makes it likely for us to miss connection. This is very wrong and poor experience

I'd expect you to atleast coordinate and hold the flight given how poor things have been. Things seem unreasonable given the delays and cancellations were caused due to operational and technical issues
