The more time I spend around Dlicom, the more I realize that building a strong network is not just about technology.
It’s about creating a place where people actually want to participate.
Dlicom is building around a simple idea:
communication should be open, useful, and owned by the people using it.
Instead of treating community as something that comes after the product, Dlicom puts the community experience much closer to the center.
People can connect, share ideas, discover opportunities, contribute to the ecosystem, and build their reputation through real participation.
And that part matters.
In traditional platforms, users create the activity while the platform captures most of the value.
A more open model changes that relationship.
Your conversations, contributions, connections, and reputation can become part of an ecosystem where participation actually means something.
That’s where I think Dlicom gets interesting.
It’s not simply about creating another place to chat.
It’s about exploring what happens when communication, community, identity and ownership start working together onchain.
The network grows because people contribute.
Communities become stronger because members have a reason to stay.
And every new participant adds another layer to the ecosystem.
We are still early, but this is exactly the stage I enjoy watching the most.
Not when everything is already built.
But when the community is still shaping what the network can become.
Dlicom is building.
The community is growing.
And the journey is just getting started.

We talk a lot about validator performance. But there is another factor that’s easy to miss: time.
Ethereum gives validators a 12-second slot, but they can’t use all 12 seconds if the block reaches them late.
Even a small delay can mean less time to attest, process information, or react to an MEV opportunity.
This is where @get_optimum is taking an interesting approach.
Instead of simply putting validators closer to the network, Optimum is working on improving how blocks travel through the network with RLNC.
The goal is pretty simple: get the block to validators sooner, so they have more time to do their job.
Optimum’s research showed promising results in its testing, including higher bid values and better head-vote accuracy. These are research estimates, not guaranteed results, but the direction is interesting.
Because better Ethereum performance isn’t always about adding more hardware.
Sometimes, it’s about making better use of the time we already have.

Late night. Laptop open. Ideas everywhere.
No rush. No noise. Just building.
That’s the vibe I get from Optimum.
The goal is simple: make the way we move data and connect onchain faster, smoother, and more efficient.
Because better infrastructure doesn’t always need to be loud.
Sometimes, it just quietly makes everything work better.
Build better. Move faster. Stay Optimum.
