New Centre of Param Science Experience Centre (PARSEC) at Whitefield in Bengaluru, on 26 April 2026). This marks an important milestone in science engagement and future-focused learning spaces, set to redefine how people engage with science.

The centre was inaugurated by Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, Former ISRO Chairman and Sri Kris Gopalakrishnan Co-Founder of Infosys, both distinguished leaders who have made defining contributions to India’s Science, Technology and Innovation journey.

The centre will be open to the public from 1st May, 2026 onwards.

Last week, RSS General Secretary Sri Dattareya Hosabale ji at New Delhi’s Ambedkar bhavan in a ceremony where Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, released a commemorative postal stamp (₹5) and a commemorative coin (₹100) to mark the centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Spoke about the 5 Key areas of Social transformation on which RSS volunteers will put their efforts in coming years .

Vijayadashami holds a special place in the journey of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). As the RSS completes 100 years of dedicated national service, it steps into its 101st year from tomorrow. On this momentous occasion, the Government of India has decided to release a commemorative postal stamp and a coin. Naturally, this is a moment of joy and pride for every swayamsevak and all those devoted to the nation.

For this recognition, on behalf of all swayamsevaks and well-wishers of the Sangh spread across the country and the world, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Government of India.

It has been the tradition of our government to honor individuals, organizations, and initiatives that have made remarkable contributions to the nation and society. Continuing this long-standing tradition, the Government of India has, on behalf of the people, recognized the RSS’s service to the nation with great respect and dignity.

Today, the RSS has grown into a vast, nationwide organization. In every corner of the country, one can find a swayamsevak. The Sangh’s work has expanded widely, and society has come to know it closely through the tireless work of its members. Over the years, society has experienced the Sangh’s contribution directly and assessed it through experience.

Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, the revered founder of the Sangh, once said:
“I am not doing something entirely new. The method and system may be new, but the purpose is the same—to awaken society, protect dharma, and uplift both the material and spiritual life of the people, as many before me have done in our land.”
This work continues that same timeless tradition.

The century-long journey of the RSS has been remarkable—marked by indifference, opposition, and struggle—but from the very first day, the Sangh has also received affection, cooperation, and blessings from society. Despite facing challenges, today the Sangh stands widely accepted and respected.
The Sangh has come this far through continuous spiritual striving based on a timeless idea—the idea born of this soil, of India’s civilization and culture, nurtured over millennia by its people in their quest to build a noble society. The Sangh’s identity is rooted in that very civilization and culture, and thus, its methods have found social acceptance.

This acceptance is not only of an organization’s work but also of the philosophy and worldview it represents—rekindling faith and confidence in India’s ability to stand tall as a noble and exemplary civilization before the world.

Today, the RSS is recognized as a living embodiment of patriotism, discipline, and service. Its swayamsevaks remain active in every sphere of life—unifying communities and contributing tirelessly to social upliftment, national service, and welfare.

As the Sangh enters its centenary year, we remember the countless swayamsevaks and their families who sacrificed their lives, labor, and comfort for this cause. We also express gratitude to all sections of society—religious, social, political, and cultural leaders—who have blessed and supported this work in numerous ways.

The Sangh’s mission is nation-building through character-building—to organize society, awaken its energy, and inspire purposeful action. When an organized society stands united for a noble purpose, it awakens its inherent strength and can overcome any challenge, setting a worthy example for the world. Through this awakened spirit, Bharat attains an honored place among the world’s nations. This is the Sangh’s eternal vow.
