Today's meeting tools give you a transcript, but nobody tells you how you did. I'm so excited to announce Work Coach (a new mac meetings app).
Work Coach helps you by:
- Observing you in meetings (interviews, 1:1s, sales calls, team meetings)
- Analyzing how you show up to those meetings
- Identifying opportunities to improve
- Replaying the exact moments from your meetings where it happened
- Role play conversations (intros in an interview, asking for a raise, etc)
- Interviewing your coworkers to get feedback that you're not getting
I'll put the download link below.
Today we're announcing Day AI's $20M Series A led by @sequoia, and that we're now generally available.
We've spent 18 months building what we believe is the Cursor of CRM.
Here's what that means 🧵
Hey everyone! 2025 was a great year for OMM. We've become fully sustainable via Pa-treo-n, new art is being added monthly and the community continues to grow.

There’s a famous paper about fishing villages in Kerala, India. Before cell phones, fishermen would return to shore and sell their catch to whatever market they happened to reach first. Prices swung wildly from village to village, some fish spoiled while buyers in the next town had none.
Then cell phones arrived. Fishermen could call ahead to find the best market for their haul. Prices stabilized, waste plummeted, and outcomes improved for both buyers and sellers. This image has stuck with me for years as a reminder that when people have access to complete information, they make better decisions.
For decades, economic research (and @Rich_Barton companies) have chased this idea of “turning the lights on” so participants can see clearly. Homebuyers have @zillow. Job seekers have @Glassdoor. But one place the lights have never been fully turned on is how companies spend, operate, and make decisions.
That’s changing.
At @tryramp, we’re building one of the fastest-growing datasets in the world on how the best companies spend and operate: every transaction, policy, and purchase decision mapped against outcomes. And we’re just scratching the surface of what’s possible when AI, productivity, and economics intersect.
That’s why we’re hiring an economics intern for next summer! Someone who’s not just interested in theory, but in uncovering real-world insights about how modern companies allocate capital, structure work, and make decisions in the new AI-driven economy.
If you’re excited by the idea of bringing the same clarity to business spending that cell phones brought to fishermen: @arakharazian and I would love to talk!
Life update: I'm joining @ycombinator as Visiting Partner 🤩
Software ate the world, and now AI is eating software — the founders building in this shift will redefine how we compute, work, and live.
In my new role, I'm excited to find those founders and help them build the iconic startups of this generation. YC backed me when I founded Cron Inc. in 2019, and I'm grateful to come full circle and pay it forward.
I'll start reading applications in October, interviewing founders in November, and then pack my battered suitcase in January for the W26 batch 🔥
Follow along here & see you in SF!
I joined Anthropic last week!
It’s obvious to me that we’re bottlenecked not by model capabilities, but by creativity and understanding.
I’ll be building demos and prototypes that highlight new capabilities and share what we learn about building using these models at Anthropic.
Excited to build with the best team and the best models.
MMO Style Boss battles? Modular Class systems? Classy and Sleek aesthetics? And all against the mystical magical backdrop of a dream focused fantasy? I'M SO HYPED.
If any of that sounds like your jam this game is for you😈 The preview just dropped!

Metaplane is joining @datadoghq! 🚀
After 5 years helping data teams build trust, we're bringing data observability to 30,000+ Datadog customers and beyond.
Together, we're excited to connect software and data teams with complete visibility across the entire data lifecycle.
✨ New AI Interfaces powered by Interpretability
I'm excited to share LatentLit, the result of my applied AI research fellowship with @GoodfireAI
Mechanistic interpretability isn’t just important for AI safety, it also gives us new ways to steer and interact with LLMs.
The biggest reason R1 works is that being more efficient makes it smarter— it generates more reasoning tokens and that leads to better output.
No other lab has prioritized this because before reasoning models efficiency just led to cost savings, not more intelligence.
I always forget the most important bits when handing tasks off to engineers.
I write a quick description of what to build, but I forget to add the context around what's most important (as they make tradeoffs during implementation), where it relates to other items in terms of priority, and how to measure success.
That's why I'm super excited about the latest feature of the Reforge extension. We now show you suggestions within the UI of Jira (you don't have to go anywhere else) so you can act on it right there.
I'd love to hear what you think.
I had a blast joining @kevinzenghu at @SnowflakeDB Summit to share how @tryramp powers our price intelligence AI products (along with @metaplane's help!)
Our vision: if your company has 100 SaaS vendors, we can tell you which of those 20 vendors are overcharging you, which line items you can negotiate, and which of those 20 are coming up for renewal next month (saving you 💸💸💸)! Equally importantly, we'll tell you where you're getting a great deal (saving you ⌛⌛⌛)!
If you've ever wondered if you're overpaying for SaaS - check our our incredible procurement product (shoutout @tkkong and team!)
Hello @Metaplane 👋
We’re excited to announce our investment in Metaplane, a leading end-to-end data observability platform that helps data teams improve the quality and performance of their data.
Working at @OMMultiverse was a huge dream come true for me. Amazing coworkers, amazing community, amazing platform.
Due to its closing, I've also lost my job.
If you, or anyone you know is looking for a great Community Manager😎and/or Jack-of-all-Trades say hi! 🙏🏽
My favorite quote from user tests was "this is so sexy...". It feels so obvious to me - the idea of the world's best experts being integrated into every tool you use. More tools on the way!
Editors, my cozy-vibes-high-stakes YA fantasy goes on sub soon!
