@Ask_WellsFargo I had to go into a branch and waste another 30 minutes of time because of how you handle a Google Voice phone number versus a traditional mobile number. This is an example when the customer knows the issue and yet your system cannot help
@CapitalOne your dispute handling has been so atrocious that after being a loyal card holder for years, I will start to look at other cards. All for $80. Hope it’s worth the loss in revenue
