@GWRHelp Sort out your automated service updates please! I spent 11.5 hours getting to Paddington from Camborne last Tuesday and the system information was shocking. Your staff tell me they can’t. Hange it because it’s automated!
@PirateFM This is a real shame, Greatest Hits radio is ok in Itself as a generic station but “Pirate FM” is synonymous with Cornwall so losing the Pirate name and its fantastic bunch of presenters is a real shame… 😢
@virginmedia can you please advise how I can make now make a formal complaint and request financial compensation for the recent denial of access to historical emails and folders that lasted for almost three weeks.

This is now a major issue with Virgin Media. Once again no email access since yesterday afternoon. I am desperate to move but I have thousands of emails I can’t afford to lose related to the Charity I manage. An utterly disgraceful service @virginhelp@richardbranson
@virginmedia@HarrietLane_@virginmedia social media is full of people complaining that their Virgin (ntlworld) emails are unaccesable. Surely all members of the Virgin team are aware or perhaps their emails are down too 😂.This has been happening for 2 weeks now, for days at a time. Rubbish
@WhichUK I & many others have been without our Virgin Media email folders & historic emails since 19th June! Virgin Media still haven’t fixed the problem & there is no end in sight as they sent out this yesterday. Can you please take up the fight for their customers. #VirginMedia
