Absolute trash google "AI" is going to lead to a lot of misinformation. Didn't realize the top was an "AI" summary at first and almost referenced that in the writing, thinking it was just a read-out of our web page, but then realized it's just lying AI. It is pulling the date from Amazon, which is wrong because it's a later re-listing.

Weirdly, our page is another source for a different part of the 'AI' summary. Our page says the right date. Yet somehow, Google 'AI' just totally ignored it and chose the Amazon listing date of a newer SKU (relisted) as the release date of the CPU. Our article, and thousands of other sources, state 2018 as the date (because it was).

This thing is actually gaslighting me too, because I quadruple-checked it after this. Definitely makes you question yourself and other sources. That, for other reasons, is a scary future.

After almost 10 years of hard work, tireless research, and a dive deep into the kernels of computer science, I finally realized a dream: running a high-level language on GPUs. And I'm giving it to the world!

Bend compiles modern programming features, including:

- Lambdas with full closure support

- Unrestricted recursion and loops

- Fast object allocations of all kinds

- Folds, ADTs, continuations and much more
