@British_Airways I’ve DM’d you a number of times over the last 3 weeks, and had no response. I’ve also emailed a complaint through your website which should have been responded to within 5 days, but no response 2 weeks later. How do I get someone to reply to me?
@AvantiWestCoast on the 17:05 Euston to LLime Street. Praise to your train manager Chris and crew for professionally and calmly keeping the train informed of why we were delayed. They have rectified the fault and we’re on our way with minimal of fuss.

@manairport terminal one security queue out the front door. Stretching well over two hours. Unfriendly staff, who’d rather be elsewhere. Becoming the norm at this place now. Would prefer to fly from literally any other worldwide airport.
