When all this AI-science startups with the insane fundings will crash, I hope somebody gets the knowledge out of the silos. So much useful and valuable tech/knowledge is dying with startups.
Die Pharmakonzerne Boehringer Ingelheim und Eli Lilly streichen milliardenhohe Investitionen in Deutschland. Grund seien unter anderem die Sparpläne der Bundesregierung. https://t.co/MAjiMMyqwi
When I ask Microsoft 365 Copilot to make an Excel file, it uses openpyxl. Kind of sad, that there is no opensource library that Microsoft provides to work with their document formats.
Dear RF/EE Twitter,
Do you keep an inventory of your workshop tools? If yes, how?
I have a simple Google sheet for my main tools and accessories (not components or consumables)
Here's the structure:
On Austrian Airlines flight OS240, a man cried that he couldn't breathe while officers held him down. The pilot refused to fly. I witnessed the scene - but German media told a different story. Link below!
It pains me to report @WKCosmo for what he terms ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT.
The four authors in Ref. 15 of his "Phase Transitions and Gravitational Waves" https://t.co/uNcBOE7evn are HALLUCINATED. Also citing an ERRATUM? Did @WKCosmo read his own paper. BAN FOR LIFE?
So now there are two startups, almost the same name ricursive and recursive intelligence.

The advantage of nuclear power plants is that the discussion about subsidies is not so obvious, because any impact and a lot of effective costs happen far in the future, in that regard it has a big advantage over other ways of clean energy.
@peterottsjo I'm betting it's easier to make new robot native labs (while using machines designed for humans, only the infrastructure is designed for robots), than having humanoids on a reasonable time scale, but if we get humanoids that work really well, that is of course awesome.
@StokowskiH@R_A_Ziemkiewicz It's all about which laws the companies have to follow. I do hope that in the future the different payment schemes in Europe will work together. I never understood why we need Visa and Mastercard, Banks should solve this themselves.
@StokowskiH@R_A_Ziemkiewicz I think the goal is to get rid of Visa or Mastercard, as we control our cash, it is probably also a good idea to Control digital payment methods.
@davidjmadden I agree with a lot of your premises, but not with your conclusion. I think we need to teach students how to use AI well, and one part of this education is that you do not study to submit a report, but to improve yourself.
