Looking on how @dhh it s pushing the limits, i really love @OmarchyLinux , beeing a dev that started his life on 286 pc s , with norton comander, ms-dos and some clean linux , I m curious how we can be sure and safe that what we create on the linux fork it s not the next windows? if you want to attract and retain top talent, you have to make all their distractions go away so they can focus on cooking.

- all their tokens are expensed
- health/personal trainer stipend
- meals taken care of
- ergonomics, hardware, whatever

you literally take care of all other quests so they can cook reliably while not burning out

then hands off and let them cook
