@SouthamptonCC can I clarify the mile rate for taxis in Southampton... £30 for a 10 mile journey seems pretty steep? Also if a taxi has accepts card shouldn't they actually accept card.. Not ask me to go and get cash out...

I want to complain to @AskHalifaxBank. Fraud department yesterday kept asking me if I was sure I hadnt spent something somewhere I have never shopped. I am pretty sure where I spend my money. It is traumatic enough, someone take my money without being called a liar. Unacceptable.

@AskHalifaxBank Hi. I did and he got agitated at me. I understand it was his job to ask questions but 4 times.....really?! I am pretty sure I know where my money goes. And then proceeded to "educate" me. I didn't need to be patronised I needed support. And I didn't feel that at all.
