⚡️General Syrskyi presented Ukraine’s May battlefield summary today. The numbers speak for themselves.
On the ground
Ukraine gained nearly +100 sq km of territory in May alone. Since January: 600+ sq km liberated. The front remains contested — but the direction of net territorial change is Ukrainian.
Drone warfare
Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck 88,000+ targets in May. 30,500+ Russian personnel neutralised by drone operations alone — in a single month.
Deep strikes
111 Russian military-industrial, energy, and fuel infrastructure objects hit in May — including, for the first time within a single coordinated operation, strikes on targets in Moscow and the Moscow region itself.
Direct and indirect economic damage from Deep Strike operations in May: $1.058 billion.
Air defence
59,000+ aerial targets destroyed. 25 missile and air attack waves repelled.
One number that reframes all the others: Ukraine is intercepting at scale while simultaneously running offensive deep strike operations — a two-front aerospace campaign most militaries are not structured to sustain.
Naval corridor
The Navy conducted ~1,500 operations to secure civilian shipping — enabling 633 vessels to reach Odesa ports and the Danube. Ukraine’s maritime corridor remains open.
Russia has spent four years trying to break Ukraine’s will, exhaust its military, and isolate its economy.
General Syrskyi’s May summary is the answer to all three.

RAJU: But what evidence is there to prove the California election is rigged?
MIKE JOHNSON: Look, some of these efforts are so diabolical and so far upstream it's impossible to prove. But I think everybody knows instinctively that something is wrong here.
Ukraine-Krieg: „Absolut demütigend für die russische Regierung“ – Wie Kiew den Druck auf die Krim erhöht und auch sonst das Blatt wenden könnte. Die Frage ist nur, wie viel Zeit dafür bleibt. @welt https://t.co/evv2NpaLD9

Footage from Russia’s Belgorod region on the Ukrainian border this morning. All this stuff won’t kill Ukrainian civilians anymore.
Ukrainian drones are now autonomously intercepting Shaheds. A @BRAVE1ua developer has created a tech that automates 95% of the interception process—from launch to target destruction.
The system successfully completed its combat trials in the Kharkiv region. The operator simply selects the target, and the drone autonomously tracks and neutralizes it. It took less than a year to get from prototype to real-world deployment. We are scaling autonomous defense tech to rewrite the rules of modern air defense.

Here's the full chain of events that led to Trump storming out of his interview with Kristin Welker, beginning with her pressing him on the weaponization fund, continuing with her pointing out the baselessness of his "rigged election" lies, and concluding with him calling her "crooked or stupid" and leaving
Trump has a meltdown and ends the interview
Welker: Just to be very clear, there's no evidence of what you're saying.
Trump: There’s a lot of evidence. There’s tremendous evidence. There’s nothing but evidence. The election was rigged. And it’s happening again in California. They’re cheating.
Welker: Do you have evidence?
Trump: All I have to do is look.
Welker: That’s not evidence. The local officials acknowledge they are slow
Trump: They’re crooked. Just like you’re crooked. You’re either crooked or stupid.
Ukraine’s Ambassador to the US, Stefanishyna: If Russia had any real desire to negotiate or compromise, there would be zero obstacles.
Ukraine has shown openness and flexibility in every format proposed, including by President Trump. The aggressor never had real intent. 1/
Ukrainian long-range drones reportedly penetrated deep into Russian territory and struck facilities housing valuable MiG-31 interceptor aircraft.
Multiple hangars were destroyed, massive fires erupted across the base, and several aircraft were reportedly destroyed or severely damaged.
The MiG-31 serves as a critical launch platform for Russia's Kinzhal hypersonic missile system, making the losses particularly costly for Moscow.
The strike is expected to reduce Russia's ability to conduct long-range missile attacks and highlights Ukraine's growing capability to reach strategic military targets far behind the front lines.
Satellite imagery circulating online appears to show extensive destruction, burning infrastructure, and collapsed aircraft shelters. Russian authorities have yet to provide an official assessment of the damage.

Putin’s imagination has gone completely off the rails
Just yesterday, St. Petersburg was being hit with remarkable effectiveness, and today the Kremlin dictator is talking about Russia’s “heroic victories.”
Meanwhile, these same “victors” are already getting gasoline through ration cards.
Here are some of the highlights:
• Russia controls more than 85% of the territory of Donetsk region, 100% of Luhansk region, and 80% of Zaporizhzhia region.
• The Russian army is advancing along the entire front line; there is no area where Russian forces are not on the offensive.
• Ukraine does not possess strike systems comparable to Russia’s hypersonic weapons, cruise missiles, and “other things.”
• Unlike Ukraine, Russia has patriotism and the will of the people.
• Russia struck a shed in Ukraine with the Oreshnik missile to see how the warheads landed. According to Putin, this was needed for future use of the weapon.
• “We are certainly ready and want to reach an agreement with Ukraine by peaceful means on the basis of what we discussed with Trump in Anchorage. We are ready to make the compromises that were discussed in Anchorage. Ukraine must also be ready to make compromises.”
