@SQSupport is likely to be come through with a robotic "we are sorry you are experiencing problems" message that will do literally nothing to solve the problem, so THANK YOU SQUARE UGH.
Just here to eat some crow and say that after DMing @SQSupport , they were able to solve the problem right away. Turns out someone had enabled 2-step verification, so our POS was just doing it's job, ope.
@SQSupport @BiscariniMarco I don't know how you expect our businesses to run when we can't even accept a payment - meanwhile, your business keeps churning and burning, not giving a single bit of relief to the folks that pay for your services, even when they frequently fail us.
@SQSupport @BiscariniMarco This is truly wild. The number of times I've had to come to Twitter, of all places, to get answers for what is happening to my POS in the middle of a busy day is insane. While you get to send auto-responses, we have to tell our customers we can't take their money. WILD.
Nothing feels better than a response that you copy and paste to every single customer, as opposed to a small explanation of what might be happening and what it might take to fix it. Fuck it, just make a site called "https://t.co/1BBGUcCjsz", problem solved.
