@gigaclear just called reporting fault got told to call again if it drops out again dropped out twice in two weeks no explanation why it’s dropped out

@SkyHelpTeam I have two visits already they can’t pin point the problem even had open reach out sadly it’s my vulnerable mother in law that uses the land line when she calls it cuts out it needs sorting once and for all
