That’s not how the legal system works.

👉 The police arrest based on the allegations and the case registered.

👉 The court decides whether continued custody is necessary while the investigation or trial proceeds.

👉Granting bail is not a declaration that the accused is innocent or that the police were wrong.

Bail is primarily about whether a person’s liberty can be protected without disrupting the investigation, influencing witnesses, or risking flight not about deciding guilt or innocence.
