@annalandre@networkrail last month at St Pancras we were told quite bluntly that no we couldn’t have the ramp. Wouldn’t have minded but the guy we spoke to, wasn’t even his job to help us on the train, all he had to do was put his radio to his mouth and call for help. #Southeastern I believe.
@BridgeeCee Certainly do, if it wasn’t for the fact we are virtually smokeless households these days, that government would have children going up chimneys again, the heartless bastards. Thatcher did to us what she did to the Miners, tried to starve us out, I detest that woman.
@BridgeeCee 1988 P&O Seafarers strike Bridget, it was a long battle. They, along with Thatcher’s help destroyed the ferry industry in this country.
@BridgeeCee Everyone should join a Union. I stood on a picket line for over a year and the backbone of that strike, like many others were the women folk, wives, partners, mums, grans etc. They kept us going, not only with full bellies, but with encouragement!
@hawkins_carole@tonyvaughanMP Maybe in your eyes. The guy hasn’t stopped trying to save the place from day one. Give him a break, he’s very probably been inundated with post and emails, only been in the job for a few months, it all takes time and he’s proved he’s better than the last by replying to you!
I thought “why steal? decent house, car” but then maybe I answered my own question.
If you rip off eggs & spuds, I imagine you will use your sticky thieving little digits to take anything!
Another one for the wall of shame.
This is the reason there were no eggs left yesterday for anyone else.
They thought by parking on the road and covering their faces they would get away scot free.
Wish i had a video of the shock on their faces when we showed up to their lovely house within 30mins.
Not all eggs and potatoes were recovered but they had to pay.
These people walk amongst you. And are always really really sorry!
Only Sorry they got caught😡
If you steal, expect a call an expect to be tarred and feathered.

@AuntyTeapotGB When I began going back in the early 70’s it was about 65p to get in the stand to watch a game. I’m not sure what that equates to now? The problem is they pay such stupid wages, players on 300k a week! Yes I ran Stripes many years ago.
A fan died in the stands yesterday at Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough stadium on the weekend and this clown what’s to act clever. Just forwarding it on and letting social media do is thing 👍
@JamesMoir10 My nan, who I lived with, would send me up to join the queue. Which went back up the road, mainly housewife’s with children, all waiting patiently for the fresh offal. Life was so different back then, obviously safe enough for nan to send me on my own the mile or so into town.
@JamesMoir10 Right at the beginning if you look just above his head to the right, you can see 2 pigs heads on a house. That used to be Tom Taylor’s Pork butcher’s, very well know in the town.
On a Saturday he would cook fresh chittlings.

@BridgeeCee Doesn’t suprise me…..A leopard doesn’t change its spots. Keep fighting Bridget, you must be doing a great job if they are telling tales on you to the headmaster!
