Told myself I would start writing. Secured the domain but held off on putting anything out there. Now, my first post of everything I've been processing lately.

I’m amazed by the creativity and heart Bethany’s daughter poured into Bible Buddy Quest. Using Replit, fueled by her enthusiasm for Scripture, is inspiring! #InspiringYouth#YoungFaith
My 9 year old thought it would be fun to make an app using Replit after school and asked that I share it.
The voice is her voice 😍🥰.
She made an app to help memorize Bible verses. She did it 100% alone until it was time to publish and I had to help with that.
Her favorite part was describing the little mascot.
She said she will add new verses tomorrow. I told her I was pretty sure we could automate that.

@burgessdryan This is one of my favorite parenting books, but now I want to go back and read it through the lens of leadership! Active listening, encouraging autonomy, positive reinforcement, managing conflict…
@CameronPak I before "E" except after "C" and when sounding like "A" as in neighbor and weigh, and on weekends and holidays and all throughout May, and YOU'LL ALWAYS BE WRONG NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY!!!! — @BrianReganComic
@tommygeorge MRP for most VC backed companies would be negative, and that’s not fun for anyone to share. Definitely agree that MRR is more of a vanity metric.
If the @Twitter layoff rumors are true, we have space for Jesus followers at @YouVersion!

Hey friends! @lifechurch@YouVersion have a really great program for newer software engineers. 18-months on the job training with coaches, paid salary, full benefits, with an opportunity for full hire at the end.
Plz share with anyone who needs this!

@tdinh_me As long as you use Flexbox and CSS Logical Properties its fairly easy! Just takes a few repetitions to remember margin inline/block vs left/top, etc..
I see no difference between "design," "business," and "programming" decisions. They are all product decisions and none of them can be made well in isolation. Pretty much every decision has design, business, and programming aspects. Siloing these 3 things leads to bad decisions.
We've gained so much by using open source software while building @tuple.
As a small token of our appreciation, we're sending 3 OSS devs (and their +1s) on vacation!

I really like React.
I think it's a perfectly capable UI rendering library that can interact with my app logic (data, states, transitions, effects, etc.) that I keep *outside* of React as much as I can.
