Former Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire is speaking out as debate grows over the state’s economic future and government spending priorities.
The discussion comes as Seattle and state leaders face increasing scrutiny over public safety, business conditions, and long-term growth.
Gregoire joined local leaders and policymakers Thursday at the Puget Sound Regional Council General Assembly meeting Thursday to discuss challenges facing Washington and possible paths forward.
The conversation also touched on concerns about public perception, economic competitiveness, and the direction of state policy.

Can't be more clear than that.
