$ASTS - Roth Note From This Morning...

ASTS is the preferred D2D partner: The SpaceX actions should push a cozier relationship with tier 1 mobile operators (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mo). ASTS becomes the preferred neutral D2D partner. This has already been underway with 60+ global MNO partnerships comprising over 3B existing mobile subs. We further note that T-Mo has distanced itself from SPCX after its mid-2025 satellite text service launch.

Also, SPCX requires next-gen satellites to compete effectively with the ASTS D2D network, which we believe will provide ASTS with a time to market advantage in 2027

$ASTS: After yesterday's frivolous bloodbath, we find ourselves sitting on an historically strong zone of support.

The $48-50 range is a textbook resistance-to-support flip that has been tested several times previously.

The last time we hit this level was Nov. 2025, after which, we saw a face-ripping rally.

Given the level of short interest here, I'm expecting some violent moves upwards in the near future.

The company is continuing to execute (regardless of what retail thinks), and believe it or not, the stock price will recover (although we will almost certainly see some more volatile chop in the coming days/weeks).

I just think the drawdown combined with the chop over the past few months has made folks impatient and therefore crazy.

If your investment thesis is largely still intact, but you're frustrated, then go outside and touch some grass.

If your investment thesis is now broken for some reason, then please do yourself (and all of us) a favor and just sell.

Remember, there's no crying in the casino!

$ASTS CEO Abel Avellan says its satellites can tune to ~1,000 MHz of spectrum held by U.S. carriers alongside AST’s own 45 MHz of L band spectrum.

The difference is $SPCX is buying spectrum to compete with carriers while AST is using their existing networks to expand coverage.
