Hi @asksheilas Need some info on an ongoing no fault claim. Was on hold to for nearly an hour, told the person that answered why I needed help, but put on hold again for about 20 mins, then as it answered got hung up on. Is anyone able to help pls, can't use live chat for this.

Rewatching #torchwood "To the last man". Why isn't Tommy still frozen? Coz at the end, before the key was used, 1918 torchwood took and basically just swapped 1918 T with previously frozen T. Did they not freeze 1918 T again? What happened to him? @russelldavies63 @JohnBarrowman
