@TandemDiabetes We have, many members of our #T1D community, there's still no resolution and lots of fobbing off & lives at risk. Many #yellowcards reported to UK government #MHRA for failure to fulfil your contract. UK team not resolving so we're escalating to you!

@AvivaUK just quoted £4000 to add my daughter to our insurance while she's learning to drive. £4000! Won't even insure her on our BYD. Insane. Only just renewed for another year, now I have to find another insurance company #nothanks
@McDonaldsUK just spent £30 on food at your #huntscross branch & asked for ketchup for my chips to be told I have to pay 10p for every additional sauce. YOU CANNOT be struggling that much that we have to pay for a basic condiment. Insane! @BurgerKingUK it is for us.
@AvivaUK I'd love to do this but your MFA is not working so can't validate my access. Getting went around in an endless loop...insane. live chat disconnected & now no one available (they could have called me back). Tech issues is NO EXCUSE for poor customer experience
@avivaplc FOR THE LOVE OF GOD please sort out your MFA tokens. I've been trying to 3 hours to access my account online the MFA either doesn't come or has already expired when it arrives a hour late. Can't find a contact number, chats are off line!!!!!!!!!
@EE I ordered a refurbished phone on Saturday, was called & told not available & offered LOTS of more expensive alternatives. Imagine my surprise to see the phone is still available & in stock on your website! #CustomerServiceFail#why
@EE just lost 2.5 hours of our lives trying to upgrade & purchase new phones with your contact centre (horrendous) & then in store. Contact Centre didn't listen, couldn't replicate online & sent us to the store who couldn't either. More interested in trying to sell broadband!
@Chemist4U still trying to get a way to contact you. Your Customer Service team believe it's my responsibility your courier didn't deliver when they were supposed to. So my choice is to be out of pocket by £400 or chance taking the medicine anyway. Thoughts.

@RoyalMailHelp resched delivery on app yesterday to deliver today. They tried to deliver yesterday! Note said would redeliver today(which was the request), txt this morning "location (my home) doesn't accept deliveries today", needs to be in fridge. No help anywhere. Advice?
