It's really ridiculous how you as a cex (@krakenfx @krakensupport ) can hold ~50k$ locked away for over 96 hours and have horrible customer support at the same time.

I onramped roughly ~50k$ to restock my wallets after previously offramping THROUGH KRAKEN a larger amount. In the offramping period I ran into Kraken's KYC and proof of funds investigation. This has been resolved I believe months ago already as they had confirmed me via twitter/mail and by releasing the funds to my bank account.

Fast forward until 4 days ago where I on-ramp using the same bank account, purchase solana/eth and try withdrawing those to my wallets (same wallets I used to deposit initial onramping funds) to find out my withdrawals will be locked for up to 24 hours or be requested for further information. After 24 hours, no update from kraken or released funds. Same goes for 48 and 72 hours after.

I contacted support numerous of times as seen in the first screenshot on a daily basis. They all insisted the issue was pinged towards the relevant department and pushed to the top of the list of urgency (haha). Yet I have not received a single reply or update. When I opened the my activities tab in the support section I noticed that every single ticket these support employees made have been closed for some without further info/update. The only ticket that is still open is the ticket regarding my initial offramping which was resolved after I supplied information.

Kraken support is categorizing my current withdrawals under my offramping ticket from 5 months ago and wrongfully closing other tickets (made by their employees) giving me no info whilst holding my money hostage.

Funny how @coinbase let me onramp the same amount within the span of ~2 hours and good communication. I've been a pretty loyal user of @krakenfx but this is honestly very dissapointing to be lied to and misunderstood.
