@pepboysauto I have now had no way of getting anywhere for 4 hours. Either hire more mechanics or allow less appointments per day. You have plenty of data to figure out the optimal amount. Awful, never coming back 🥴

@pepboysauto took my car to my 1pm appointment. It has been 4 hours and my car is still not ready. How long does it take for a state inspection??? Not 4 hours for sure… This is the second location I’ve been to that had no regard for their customers’ time.
