🤖 Anthropic signs a $10 billion AI infrastructure deal

Anthropic has signed a $10 billion, six-year compute agreement with Volta Infra, a cloud infrastructure startup backed by **Nvidia>. The deal will use a large data center in Norway packed with Nvidia GPUs to power future generations of Anthropic’s AI models.

Why it matters

It’s another enormous vote of confidence in long-term AI infrastructure spending.
The scale of the agreement reinforces that leading AI labs are still committing billions to compute despite recent volatility in AI-related stocks.
Positive read-through for companies exposed to AI infrastructure, including Nvidia and the broader AI supply chain.
