Just a heads up to those who rent cars from @DollarCars. Check your receipt! We asked to skip the $38 for toll usage and were charged. They refused to refund saying we had one toll charge. We don’t think so. They won’t let us just pay the toll. Not doing business with them again.

Wow, just wow. @DollarCars wanted to speak with me via PM to try and assist. Their help was to further insult and tell us that the $38 was valid and they would not consider a compromise. Never will I ever do business with them. I’m even more upset than I was initially.
