Emails, in which they kept saying the same thing over and over. Sent a complaint letter nearly two weeks ago and still haven't got a response from that. Shocking service, absolutely abysmal way of trading. Hang your heads in shame. We still have a broken desk in our home that

@helenjayne77 @TheRangeUK We have had the same issue- we ordered end of march/Start of April, still no replacement for a broken desk. 20 emails, 4 phone calls, and a formal complaint letter later and we've just had a refund- still don't know what's going on with the broken desk though!

If they do in fact park the bus, then a more attacking approach will have to be put in place. He did it for a reason and it worked, can't argue that.
